CHINA USA DIRECT SOURCE, LTD. was established in Chicago, Illinois, USA in 2004. In
2005, the company relocated its headquarters to Hong Kong and established a branch office in
China to maintain direct supervision of manufacturing and ensure consistent production quality.

From the beginning, our objective has been clear: to develop reliable industrial tools while
working directly with qualified manufacturing partners. Our presence in China allows us to
closely monitor production, oversee quality control at every stage, and ensure that all products
meet strict technical standards.

In 2006, the belt and sheave laser alignment system developed by our team was introduced to the
U.S. market under the Mr. Shims brand. Over time, the tool became recognized among
maintenance professionals as a practical and dependable solution for belt drive alignment.

Following the closure of Mr. Shims operations in 2023, the original developer introduced the
same system under the CUDSPRO brand. The product continues to evolve through ongoing
engineering improvements, supported by the same direct oversight of manufacturing and quality.

Today, under the CUDSPRO name, we design and supply professional belt and sheave laser
alignment systems used by industrial maintenance teams worldwide.
